I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk away from the riverfront. It offers better value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The reception staff were super friendly and patient, especially when we had some hick-ups in the hotel garage. They went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our stay was comfortable. The rooms were spotless and beautifully renovated in an Art Deco style. The breakfast room/restaurant was simply stunning, with sunlight streaming in through stained glass windows. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally vast, with a variety of fresh fruits and delicious cappuccino made to order. the staff, the location, and the beautiful decor made my stay here absolutely delightful.

I highly recommend this place to family and friends. The staff's warm hospitality, the convenient location, and the luxurious amenities make it the perfect place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nothing to complain about, I greatly enjoyed this place, can just recommend. That was beautiful and charming hotel set in pedestrian area, adjacent to the Europa Splendid for two nights as well as the city centre. The staff were very pleasant all of the time. I got complimentary a double room with a balcony as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The hotel was fabulous, recently renovated room. Booked a room with lovely views across the town and mountains. The property had an amazing location right at Passeggiata sul Lungo Passirio. On top of that, bistros and restaurants were right at the property. No reason to complain, the venue met expectation, recommend it.

The hotel's location could not be better for exploring the city center, with many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance.
